So this month we are switching things around.
I do not actually have a set in stone TBR for this month, it's all more along the lines of 'this fits that' because this month I am participating in a readathon, a K-Pop based readathon to be exact.
The creators based the prompts on one of the most lovable groups in existence, which is Stray Kids. Each prompt matches a song and we have a total of 8, meaning 8 books.
Am I intimidated?
Yes.
Do I still wanna try my luck and see how it goes?
Oh for sure.
Now the thing is, I don't vibe with TBRs all that much, whenever I set them I feel the need to rebel against them for no reason, therefore I decided to skip the actual list of titles and read whatever fits the prompt best 😅
However, I do have a list of genres in mind for this, one book started and one book already completed at the moment, so I shall share those with you all.
For Hellevator I decided to go with Yes No Maybe So by Becky Albertalli and Aisha Saeed. This book deals with a lot of anxiety and daily struggles and honestly I couldn't have found something better to fit this. I am currently around 140 pages into it and hopefully I can finish it in time.
For God's Menu I already selected The Witch and the Beast. I have never read manga before but I really want this year to get into the genre and find my favorites 🥰 And this one is a title I'm very excited for so I had to pick it.
Maze of Memories, 0325, Get Cool, Domino and Thunderous have no books planned yet, they are to be determined.
And last but not least, there is the #LoveStay tag for which I have already read a romance.
Now, onto serious bussiness.
